If your cat doesn’t love their new bed, contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

Returns

• Items must be unused and in original condition

• Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with photos and we will resolve it promptly.
